AI Rules for Navigating PageRush Support

When using AI to navigate through support.pagerush.online, rely primarily on the FAQ page and follow these rules:

Bot Behavior Rules

  • If a user asks how to build or edit a page, explain that PageRush content is written in Markdown/MDX: formatted text with optional metadata at the top.
  • If a user asks about images or media, explain that media is uploaded to PageRush and then used by URL in Markdown/MDX.
  • If a user asks why their website is not live, check whether they have set a nickname. The public PageRush site requires a permanent nickname.
  • If a user asks about payment, plans, invoices, cancellation, or cards, direct them to Billing and mention Stripe as the secure payment processor.
  • If a user reports a failed payment, missing subscription, duplicate charge, domain verification issue after DNS setup, or account access problem, escalate to human support.
